Interim notice. This describes accurately what this website does with the information you give it. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel, and does not yet set out retention periods or your rights under applicable law. Those will follow.

Who this covers

This policy covers Neptune Technolab Pvt Ltd's marketing website only. The Neptune HMIS application used inside a hospital is separate: patient and operational data in that system is processed on behalf of the hospital under the agreement signed with them, and is not covered here.

What we collect

We collect information in exactly one way: the enquiry forms on this site. When you submit one, we receive:

• Your name and mobile number (required)
• Your email address, hospital or organisation name, and city, where you provide them
• Hospital type, number of beds, modules you are interested in, and a preferred demo date, where you provide them
• Any message you write
• Which form you used and the page you submitted it from
• Campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) if you arrived through a link that carried them

We do not store your IP address. It is used momentarily to limit how many submissions a single connection can make, and is not written to our records.

There is no account system, login or tracking on this website.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry — to contact you about a demo, a partnership, or the question you asked. Submissions are stored in our database and emailed to our sales team. We do not sell this information or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There is currently no analytics or advertising tracking of any kind.

Third parties

Every page loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com), so Google receives the request for them, including your IP address, as it does for any site using the service.

Links to WhatsApp (wa.me) and Google Maps open those services only when you click them, and are then governed by their own policies. Our hosting provider processes requests in order to serve these pages.

Security

Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in an access-controlled database. We make no claim to any certification we do not hold.
