The product is governed separately

Use of the Neptune HMIS application itself is not governed by this page. It is governed by the written agreement entered into with your hospital during onboarding, which covers service levels, data processing, payment and support. Where the two differ, that agreement prevails.

Using this website

You are welcome to browse these pages and submit an enquiry. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means at a volume that affects others, or submit false information through the forms. We may decline to respond to enquiries that appear automated or fraudulent.

Accuracy of information

We keep the descriptions of our modules and capabilities on this site accurate and current. They describe the product in general terms; what is included for a given hospital depends on the plan and configuration agreed with us. Pricing is quoted per hospital and no price shown or implied here constitutes an offer.

Intellectual property

The Neptune HMIS name, logo, page content, screenshots and software are the property of Neptune Technolab Pvt Ltd. Please do not reproduce them without permission.
